2010 Winter Warm Up

We are very excited to be starting another session of agility, conditioning, strength and basketball skills training this fall as the high school players come back together to prepare for the upcoming high school season and we work to make each school team, Varsity, JV and C team, as ready to compete as possible.
   
This fall basketball schedule will be a joint effort between the new high school coach, Terry Johnson, who will help with the weight training and conditioning, and Denn Pretz, director of the youth program, who will handle the agility workouts and basketball-related training and coaching.
  
College coaches, media, tournament directors and AAU/Select coaches interested in any information on Riverside players or team information that pertains to spring/summer/fall schedules should feel free to contact Denn at dennpretz@comcast.net or 206-947-6644.

With so many of the high school girls participating in our fall training sessions, we are confident that they will reach their fullest potential as individual players and as a team as we near the beginning of the school season, starting with try-outs on November 16th. We will keep a fairly consistent training schedule as well as arranging for the players to get some time out on the court in game situations.
